We have had two great buying experiences with John Thurlow first my husbands new truck in 2021 the last one being the purchase of my new Buick Envision. John will go out of his way to make your buying experience a good one not feeling pressured to purchase a vehicle. I would refer anyone of my family & friends to him. I had a problem with my car which I thought would be under warranty, turns out someone had tapped my car broke my grill which cancelled out the warranty, Insurance kept giving me the run around, but John his manager Tom Hager & service guy Chris ended up helping me out tremendously $$$ on fixing the problem. Great experience! Unfortunately, I was in a wreck a couple of months ago and my car was totaled. I was dreading the fact that would have to search and find a new car. Browns made the process easy. I had an awesome time working with Will Clowe to find a vehicle to fit my family needs. I also got to work with Will's brother, Andrew for the paperwork side of things.
